Yes, there are no screw, no glue.
The only things glued are the lenses. The best way remove is from the inner part. First you put off the LEDS. And then you use the holes to put something in to remove the lenses (but lenses can be damaged in the process)

lens color change is sweet.

The LEDs are 3mm, itsa.

I had this idea of build, and I think the Doc Hallo suit match the Byo really well !
The Albino doc suit with Nuuk (with RED LEDS) should be great too ! but just to make pics, then put all again on albino ! Well, for the lucky ones to own one !

just a little late to the game.....even though I've had NUUK since day 1, I never got batteries for it since they were too damn expensive. Went to a local swap meet this weekend, found 10pk for $1. Took about 15 minutes of trying to get the batteries in. And then I realized it works on 2, despite the original post saying it needs 3. Any know if it really matters 2 or 3 just so long as it turns on
