Need some help with glue?
I need to know from the customizers in here, what is the best glue/adhesive to bond two pieces of spray painted vinyl. It is two pieces of Squadt vinyl with krylon spray paint.
Thanks for the help!!

CA (liquid or gel) works great. I glue parts before painting though. After generally results in damage to the finish.

Well, the paint where the glue is going to go will be hidden so I am not worried about the finish. That is also why I was asking for glue that would bond the paint well.
I could always just clean up the paint where I am gluing for a better bond!
Greg, is there a specific brand you use?
Thanks guys!

this might help
http://www.scalemodelguide.com/construction/materials/learn-glue/
remember to be careful with super glue
those fumes will make clear plastic cloud, even when dry

If the bonded areas are not visible, definitely bond vinyl to vinyl whenever possible. IMO anyway.
What I use comes from the local hobby shop. It is Bob Smith brand, most LHS's carry it labeled with their store information. Super Glue, and other brands, work too, I just have the hobby stuff on hand all the time.
