Approx 60mm. The shipping carton is approx 75mm ~~wide~~ deep Wink

The card had a layer or two of shrink wrap too so the whole thing is protected from the insides of the shipping carton Very Happy

No easy way really p01ntm4n77, they're glued pretty tight.
I just cut round the clamshell with a knife.
