+1, big fan of his growing up.
i'm just glad his son has grown up and is not that annoying kid in Karate Kid, i'm still upset at my niece for dragging me to that movie...
Did you see it? Saw some reviews claiming his son is still annoying, just a bit older

Going to see man of steel tonight... Only because I'm supporting my comic store. I hope it's better than the last one.

Last night I saw 'The Raven' with John Cusack - about Edgar Allen Poe. Quite a good movie. Actually saw quite a few sequences that gave me ideas re Ferg figurines - hey maybe he would talk to me?

Re: - Movies -
Hi all,
Just watched 'Killing them softly' with Pitt and Gandolfini - an interesting movie. The life led by the hit man portrayed by Gandolfini seemed like on a collision course! It wasn't the same one that real-life Gandolfini took, but in a way stinks of just letting yourself go as the real Big G. seem to do (ie physically let himself slide!) Worth a look!

Re: - Movies -
Last movie I saw was Apocalypse Now Redux. I had not seen this extended edition and I loved it, Im glad I was finally able to sit down and dedicate time to a good film. These days there is so much crap out there that I cant just go willy-nilly to a showing and spend upwards of $30 for something that is going to be a let down. Unless it's an event with friends or something similar.
So threads like this help in managing what I can watch and how to spend my time. Thanks for the reviews, guys. Theyre very helpful.

Watched Wolverine last night, over all I'd say it was a decent movie...nothing spectacular but wasn't crummy. Looong story line, could use a little more action.
