What Storage Do You Use?

I just went through the time-consuming process of flattening all my boxes.
I flattened all of the blind boxes for my BOTM, Series 1, 2 and 3 sets. As well as the boxes for some of my 9" BUDs, all of my Squadts and Sqwerts (full set). I took the inserts for all my 9" BUDs and were able to stack them and fit them into one 9" BUD box. All of my Squadt inserts I were able to stack and now they are about the size of 1 Squadt Box and all my Sqwert inserts were stacked and now take up about the space of two swert boxes.

Esentially I took the contents of about 8 - 40 gallon plastic tote boxes and fit it into 2 - 40 gallon totes.

I honestly wish that the packaging for Squadts had a cardboard insert that could be folded up instead of the molded plastic insert. The Squadts could be put in a baggie inside of the cardboard insert for protection from scratches. Better for the environment and easier to store.

I took all of the various unused arms for my Squadts and just put them in a plastic zip-lock baggie in the same container as the inserts and collapsed Squadt boxes.

The 2nd set of arms seemed like a cool idea when Squadts first started out.. but I never use them and its a pain to store them. For the last couple of releases I really didn't miss not having them.

LOL! tell me bout it! not only squadts, but every toy out there! Not only am I thinking about how much space will take up my shelf, but the how much space left for the boxes too!

I love my Detolf. It says to get help putting it together and you really should have some help. Need to find a light for it. Whats a good light at Ikea to get or any other one?
