My faves of the year so far are Yeasayer, Editors, Goldfrapp, Broken Bells, Athlete, and my number one thus far is Massive Attack "Heligoland." Outstanding.

How is that album? Personally, the last album I like was Mezzanine. Just not the same since Mushroom left.

I've liked them all. Mezzanine and Blue Lines are my favorites, but this one ranks up there with them. It's fantastic.

I think 100th Window gets a bad rap. It takes a little getting used to but there is some great stuff on that record.

And Zero7 ... I alternate between the bands while writing. Great shit.

My taste is all over the place. I'll listen to ambient/house/trance, but I'm also a Dave Matthews Band and Coheed and Cambria freak. And then the bf got me onto metal, so headbanging to Arch Enemy and In Flames is in there, too. It's all about whatever drives you.
