Assuming it's just water - no acetone or paint - you can use a coffee stir straw to suck it out of there. If there is anything a harsh / poisonous you could probably use a syringe to draw the liquid out if you have access to one.

Pretty sure its mostly water, but wouldnt doubt if a little acetone got in. It was suds when I squeezed it out, but im gonna try to dry it out with my little heater. Try drying it out a few times a day for a few days, see if that helps.

Any suggestions on what to use to remove the painted on eyes on the head? Also, anything to remove spray paint besides paint thinner?

Acetone will take care of both of those. Just make sure to rinse / dunk the figure in water regularly while stripping the paint as acetone also eats vinyl.

After laying down the choice of color, do you apply clear coat jus as you would the color? 1-2 light coats to fully cover?

EDIT: found out yes you do!

Belton Moltow Sonic Blue over Rustoleum Professional High Performance Enamel flat white primer.  Two coats of each.

Helmet was stripped with Acetone and cleaned with alcohol before any painting. Primer coat cleaned with alcohol before spraying color. Will clean color with alcohol before the clear.

Shorty nozzel ready for primer.

Painting a Squadt: Not Step by Step - A Work in Progress - Page 4 Rps20140218_174837

After two coats of primer.  Rustoleum Professional High Performance Enamel flat white.

Bare vinyl ready to be painted with Monstor Kolor.

Painting a Squadt: Not Step by Step - A Work in Progress - Page 4 Rps20140219_143847

Came out great except for the legs. Something weird so I primed them instead.

Batch of parts ready for stripping with Acetone.

Painting a Squadt: Not Step by Step - A Work in Progress - Page 4 Rps20140219_144027

Stripped parts clean and ready for primer. Took about an hour to get all the parts clean.

In between each coat of primer did you wet sand or jus primer and let dry and primer again?

No sanding, two light coats of primer about 20 minutes apart. Then any small imperfections are wet sanded lightly before the color goes on.

Making some progress....

Thanks for the info Greg, lovin that color! You make it look so smooth and flawless.

EDIT: my second coat of primer went on grainy in some areas and smooth in others, should I lightly sand over the entire helmet?
